Building Engineer

Job Description:

We are seeking a Building Engineer to oversee the day-to-day operations, safety and maintenance of our facilities. The ideal Candidate will ensure that the building systems are functioning efficiently, the environment is safe, secure, and comfortable for all Tenants, and the property is maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day building operations, maintenance, and all facilities to ensure efficient performance
  • Manage daily technical concerns and ensure safety and security of Occupants
  • Implement and monitor preventive maintenance programs and special projects
  • Ensure compliance with government permits, building codes, and Company policies
  • Coordinate with Tenants, Contractors, and external Stakeholders
  • Supervise Maintenance Personnel and ensure quality of work and service delivery

Qualifications

  • Graduate of Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering; preferably licensed
  • At least 3 years of experience in Property/Facilities Management and building operations
  • Strong knowledge of building systems, equipment, and fire protection systems
  • Experience in project management and Team leadership (Supervisory level preferred)
  • Proficient in MS Office/MacOS with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to work in Quezon City
