Triumph Building Unveils Legacy Plaque and Digital Art Installation

Quezon City, Philippines — April 4, 2025. Triumph Development Corporation marked a historic milestone with the unveiling of a commemorative plaque and a striking digital art installation at the newly renovated Lobby of Triumph Building along Quezon Avenue. The event celebrated the enduring vision that shaped this landmark and reaffirmed the Company’s commitment to innovation and heritage.

The plaque honors Triumph Development Corporation’s visionary founder whose foresight and dedication transformed Triumph Building into a cornerstone of progress in Quezon City. Conceived as more than a structure, the Building was designed to embody purpose and meaning—a philosophy that continues to guide Triumph’s evolution.

The ceremony brought together family members of the Founder, long-time Colleagues, Business Partners, and Key Collaborators who have played integral roles in Triumph’s growth. Their presence underscored the collective effort behind the Building’s legacy and its role as a vibrant hub for generations of Tenants and Communities.

A Fusion of Tradition and Technology

As part of the Lobby’s enhancements, Triumph Building introduced a Digital Art Installation by internationally acclaimed Filipino artist, James Clar, renowned for his work in digital and light media. The piece reinterprets calligraphic poetry through a modern lens, transforming traditional forms into a dynamic interplay of light and motion. Positioned at the heart of the Lobby, the installation bridges cultural heritage with contemporary design—reflecting Triumph’s vision of blending tradition with innovation.

This unveiling is more than a tribute; it is a statement of continuity. By honoring its roots while embracing forward-thinking design, Triumph Development Corporation sets the stage for a future built on excellence and creativity.

Triumph Square is a 16-story mixed-use Building with an estimated floor area of more than 25,000 square meters. Its enhanced Facilities also improve efficiency and functionality, ensuring better maintenance and long-term sustainability.

Quezon City is also the seat of many important Government offices and major hospitals, all of which are within a 4km radius from Triumph Building.

Its proximity to major thoroughfares such as EDSA and Quezon Avenue and its accessibility to public transportation, such as jeepneys, buses, and UV Express, make Triumph Building a highly sought-after commercial building in Quezon City.
