Triumph Building Lobby features an LED monitor that displays mesmerizing graphic art, serving as an eye-catching centerpiece that enhances the overall ambiance. Complementing this is a striking ceiling fixture with graceful, wavelike designs that add elegance and character to the space, creating a pleasing visual experience for everyone who enters the Building.

On the right side of the Lobby, Visitors will find the Building Lounge — a cozy space arranged for Guests to relax and spend time comfortably in a calm and inviting setting.

Lounge

Located on the right side as you enter the Lobby, the Lounge provides a comfortable space for Visitors and Guests to relax, connect, or wait. It also serves as an information hub, featuring a Community Board where Building updates, events, and important notices are displayed.

In addition to being a waiting area, the Lounge also functions as a venue for small community events, fostering engagement and interaction among Tenants.

It features a unique and versatile modular seating area that can be adjusted as needed. Combining natural elements with practical design, the Lounge offers a pleasant and functional space for relaxation, social gatherings, and staying informed.

1610 Food Avenue is an ideal space to unwind, enjoy a meal, or have a quick chat during your break — adding value to the overall workplace experience. Vendors are also welcome to rent stalls, expanding the variety of food and beverage options currently available.

The space also offers opportunities for pop-up food and beverage kiosks, providing Vendors a platform to showcase their products. The Lobby’s Atrium, with its high ceiling and spacious design, creates a bright and open atmosphere. Along with a modern seating lounge, it offers Visitors a comfortable and relaxing area while waiting.

Aside from the Lounge, this transformation will also feature an LED screen that will display graphic arts complementing the Lobby’s aesthetic design.

Events Place

Triumph Square Events Place offers a versatile venue, designed like a blank canvas that can be easily transformed to match any event’s theme or style. This adaptable setup allows organizers to creatively transform the venue with various décor, seating arrangements, and visual elements, making it ideal for everything from formal corporate meetings and seminars to vibrant social gatherings and private celebrations. Accommodating up to 175 Guests, the space ensures each event feels unique and tailored to its purpose.

The space also includes an Ante Room, a small reception room that serves as an entryway or waiting area leading into the Function Hall .Additionally, a Service Pantry is available to support catering needs and ensure seamless food and beverage arrangements during events.
