Job Description:
We are looking for a well-organized and dependable HR professional to support the daily Human Resources operations including Recruitment, Employee Engagement Initiatives, Training and HR Administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
- Maintain recruitment, Employee, timekeeping and attendance records
- Assist in payroll preparation and ensure confidentiality of HR Documents
- Help organize training, development and Employee engagement activities
- Supports Employee communications, concerns and HR initiatives
- Provide general administrative support to HR Department
Qualifications
- Graduate of BS/AB Psychology, Behavioral Science, Business Administration or any related course
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
- General knowledge in HR best practices
- Familiarity with Labor Laws, Timekeeping and Payroll processes is an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office and other software applications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
